I had an issue with reviews being visible on my site and they were very prompt with resolving the issue. Directions were easy and the process was smooth.

Within minutes of downloading the app within Shopify I had a team member names Jess send me a message asking if I needed help getting everything set up. She added the review functions to all the pages, adjusted the colour scheme to match our website and adjusted the font sizes. This is the best customer experience I have had with a tech product. I've been using Shopify for a while, tried many apps for reviews. This one has proven to be by far the greatest, but also the simplest. It looks good, it fits well in the store's design and it offers all the features. Thing is, the free plan here is actually decent and the paid plan is fairly priced. It only has the 1 plan, not 5 like some other apps have. On top of that, the support is incredibly fast and rly nice. Great app.
