Iʻve been on judge me for a few years. Getting set up was very easy. I hadnt logged in for awhile and I was blown away at how many reviews I had collected. When I was logged in the chat box opened up and a judge me representative named Han asked me if I needed any help. I was surprised and explained I was just looking around and exploring my reviews. I asked if I could set up a time to meet with someone to learn about the app. She said she could help me now if I wanted. Again.... she reached out to me! I was blown away. Han did a quick audit of my site and made sure the code was installed correctly. She fixed some little errors with my template. It was so fast and so easy. Amazing customer service. I really like this app. I tried three other review apps before I found this one. They didn't work for me for various reasons. This one works for me because --good, step-by-step directions for set-up and use --good price --good customer service I love that I can automate my follow-up emails and I also love that the app will gives a badge for verified purchases. Really a great app. Easy to customize and use.

The customer services was efficient and very informative, and I had multiple questions. I would highly recommend the app as you learn alot during working with the app and managing your emails.
