I'm currently using the free version and I'm very satisfied with the tool. There are many great solutions for collecting feedback and widgets for attractively presenting them on the website. Additionally, big thanks to the support team who helped me when I had issues with settings for other language masks. I recommend it! :)

After building my Shopify store website myself (huge achievement for me!) choosing an app to collate reviews for my crafting business was the next big step. Lots of research and reading other peoples reviews later, I decided to go with the free plan! And I'm very pleased with the results and professional look it adds to my website. I've even been able to bring my Etsy reviews over without using and paying for another app, which was more than suitable for me. The automated emails to customers kindly asking for reviews along with the notifications you get when someone leaves one means you can just get on with running your business. I had to reach out to the support team yesterday and again 5 stars for the very quick help and support I received! I am by no means tech savvy, so if I can get to grips and love the results anyone can!
