This is awesome! I installed the app and didn't know where to begin. Next thing i know, i had a message from a Chat Box at the bottom of my screen. Jess assisted me by completely install and placing everything of my website for me! As well as corrected the colors to fit the theme of the website! This is great! Thank you Jess!!

My customer service rep was the best one i have EVER had on a shopify App. Seriously. He not only understood my issue but Fixed it as well in less than 5 minutes. A+ 5 STARS!!!

I'm giving it a '4' right now, because I've yet to use it. Haha. I got some help today from their online Chat, and that guy gets a 5.

The support team is very nice, and their response time is as quick as they claim, responding within 2 minutes. Additionally, they are very professional in resolving issues.

What an incredible app. And not only that, they even did custom implementation of the review stars on my homepage so you would already see how many reviews each product has. 10/10

We've been using Judge.me for a couple of years and are very happy with it. It's easy to use, provides good review info on our products, and our customers don't complain about it. Recently, Brian popped up in the chat while I was researching a Judge.me feature and was very helpful. I ended up adding a couple of new widgets.

I have been happy with my experience using the Judge.Me app on my shopify site. Been using it for over a year now. It does what I need it to do and is fairly straight forward to use. The customer service has also been very helpful and prompt when I do have questions. Been considering upgrading to the paid version for some upgraded features, mainly to have my reviews transferred over to Google shopping but currently just have been using the free version.
