Unfortunately, it has had some serious glitches lately. We switched to this rewards app from a leading competitor some time ago because it offered some great advantages and wonderful support. However, it has been 13 days now that are Reward Program is not correctly awarding points. We reported this issue 3 days ago, but there has been no progress or solution.

Hana walked us through the coupon code issue we were having and was able to explain and make the setting changes in system in no time at all.
