Original Review Nov 16th: (updated below) I spent $1000 USD on a joke. the customer service is nice enough and tries, but what kind of system can't even calculate the number of members in a membership tier correctly and the search bar for the customer list page doesn't even work. Seriously, I don't even know what to say. I'm willing to change my review if things get fixed but i'm honestly just so frutrasted right now by the amount of time I've wasted on getting basic things done here. Nov 24 - Update: After 2 weeks of back and forth with the team, the majority of issues have been fixed. I did hope for an easier onboarding process though, it might have saved everyone a bit of grief, but I 100% want to acknowledge to how responsive the team was and did try to be helpful, and for that we are definitely appreciate of. We just launched the programme last week so we'll see how things go. Jan 28 Update: Whilst the basic functionality is working, we are currently working on the email notifications and we've noticed some issues. - Notification email previews are not able to show us what a customer really sees. It only shows placeholders, which is concerning because it means there is no way to test if the email is set up right and will be send correctly to a specific email because you can't preview for specific profiles to check.
The problems are solved well with quick support(Hana helped). When selling overseas, it's good to make rewards according to the country

While we encountered a few bugs early on, the support team has been exceptional at resolving issues rapidly. They went above and beyond to help set up my loyalty program with their 24/7 support they make any adjustments and tweaks to your loyalty program instantly. When searching for a loyalty program I was between Smile or Joy and inevitably went with Joy because of their great customer service. Daniel helped with onboarding and figuring out exactly what my loyalty program needs. Rosie has most recently helped me with my troubleshooting needs.
Hana was very patient as we went thru with different test case scenarios of the apps behaviour. She was providing me all answers to various combinations and possiblites which I hadnt thought about especially notifcations. I was given an elaborate step by step test cases for multiple scenarios. The app is exactly what I have been looking for. I love the small, yet impactful features, such as the points wallet feature that allows customers to see how many points they can receive per purchase. Also the customer service team is amazing.
Finally an app that lets me build a referral program without limitations, even on the free plan. I even received personal and incredibly dedicated support to get everything set up. A huge thank you to Rosie!
