Just installed the app – so far it fits perfectly with my theme and I love the clean design. I’ll be able to comment more on the features’ efficiency once I’ve explored it fully, but so far so good! The backend of this app is extremely glitchy and has caused us so many issues. We've had 3 separate instances in the last 4 months of orders not going through, orders not following our rules/settings as they should, options being blocked from selection, double orders or missing orders.... each time we've had to message customer support and each issue was totally their fault and took 4-5 days to resolve each time. That means pissed off customers and damage to our reputation. I do NOT recommend this app for subscriptions.
