Very happy with webplanex gst software that has made invoice generation and tax filing very automated. Their support is also prompt and available for any issues. Some UI issues persist that can make invoice management manually laborious. Especially that there is no way to bulk update gst rates and hsn codes or have them linked with metafields from the product page. Hopefully these features can be added in future updates

We recently launched our shopify website and downloaded this app for invoices. Its been great and so easy easy to use. The option to generate offline bill does not work, after filling a long list of orders multiple times, within less than 1 minute, it fails with a 410 not found error, I do not know what that means, and I do not want to know either since they have been charging every month regardless of the usage and one time when I actually needed to use the app, it did not work.
