Literally one of the best shopify app, their support can assist with so many things, even complex ones, i can only recommand

I don't find the app itself the most intuitive personally (although I haven't used any alternatives), but the customer experience I have received is great!

Nikunj was very helpful! And Simprosys is a nice app that helps you shorten the time and does approximately anything related to google ads, merchant, and more.

Very good app for individual export to the Merchant Center and even better? The support. Response within 24 hours, customizations and feedback at no extra cost.

Terrible Customer Service. Issue ongoing for more than a week and still can not see how they are going to resolve their mistake. Continue to ignore basic questions and have failed to take responsibility. Performed updates in google merchant centre without consent and blamed issues on "google errors". Then asked me what the google errors are when they were the ones who said there were errors! Sent communication to an alternative email without consent. They seem to be confused and responses are to deny responsibility rather than resolve the underlying issue, there by continuing to impact the customer.
