With this app, we can set up dynamic Facebook catalogs and Google feeds, manage product exclusions and inclusions in ads, track GA4 metrics, and much more. Additionally, the support team is responsive and typically resolves issues within a day. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the app's functionality and the support provided. It's worth using.

Symprosys works very nicely, it helped for example set up a feed in english as well in english easily with the help of their great support team

The app is super useful and the support team is even better - even when I was on the trial plan, they were happy and ready to help solve even the toughest (for me, at least) issues.

Ich habe die App über die letzten Jahre für unterschiedliche Shops und hauptsächlich für Google Shopping verwendet. Ich bin super zufrieden mit der Funktionalität und den Anpassungsmöglichkeiten. Dass man darüber auch das Conversion Tracking mit ein paar Klicks einrichten kann, ist ein Bonus, den ich nur empfehlen kann. Bei offenen Fragen ist der Support immer sehr schnell und hilfreich. Preis-Leistung stimmt auch. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Support is fantastic at helping out with issues and explaining step by step what needs to be done. I had an issue with products not generating errors and they helped me out with ease and explained what the root cause was and how to fix. Also helped by providing additional functionality in the app. Highly recommend.

Have not been using for long but the support has been really good when we've needed it and good functionality. My only comment would be that I don't find the app super user friendly.

If you are finding a shopify app for google shopping, and I suggest you should try this one, it meets all my request, and with great customer service, and they are professional with what they are doing.

They helped me at 1:30AM CST to fix a major problem that was hindering my account from being able to have products show up in the google ads account.

This has been a great app until it disconnected the shopping feed for no apparent reason. We did not realize for a day or so and when it reconnected it connected to the wrong catalogue which also went undetected for a day or so. We are 2 weeks on from that now and we are still trying to get back the lost ground with FB and google shopping. Our sales have dropped by at least 50% because of this fault that Simprosys as been unable to explain except it was some sort of a glitch :(

This app is worth much more than what they ask. So many integrations that work flawlessly. On top of that the support is amazing.
