there online chat system never works. they replied your email after 4 days. very unprofessional. i recommended to all never use it. Now i will try to find other app.

I'm planning to use Google Automated Discounts through this app and since my submission has just been approved by Google, I cannot really review the app itself, however, customer service is massively five stars! They always promptly reply my emails and help me out when needed.

Originally I used the Shopify Google Sales Channel app. For whatever reason there was some sort of software bug that would change a specific variant price unwarranted & then change back every few days or weeks. GMC support was not as helpful for my ongoing problem so I know i needed a new app. since using simprosys I've not experienced that same problem. I had a little trouble completely disconnecting from the Google Sales channel app, but Nilesh from simprosys support was very thorough in helping me get everything squared away.

Top-notch app, there's a reason why it has thousands of great reviews. Great support stuff too, Keval in particular was vey helpful with understanding our queries!
