The app works very well. Everything can be configured. Also the customer support is very knowledgeable.

Pandectes is incredibly easy to use and set up even for someone without a technical background. What really stands out is their support team they’re always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with every question. One of the best features is that you can customize the cookie banner using CSS, which is perfect for matching it to your store’s design. And even there, the support was more than happy to assist.

The app is easy to set up. When you are ready with setting up you can request a check up, if you are compliant. That is a great service. And if you have a problem: Konstantinos always has a solution and give's excellent support. For me the best cookie banner app.

Very flexible and powerful app. Data laws and cookie banners are complex of course, and they're still complex even with a good app. But the Pandectes support is where they shine. Lots of handholding. Lots of explaining. They take their time, so you get it right without losing your mind :)
