I just downloaded this APP today and my god not only the app but the customer service chat is beyond exceptional. In 2 min I was assisted by David and then Anne and they both resolved my issues literally right away. And the great thing about this is, if there is any custom coding work that needs to be done to make sure the app features work on your theme, they will have they Dev team code it in just a few hours and have you straight. The app perfectly works for Gift with purchase promotions, the support team is very active and respond to our queries immediately. For any fix or customization the team get our requirements and completes them within hours.

Daniel on the Support team has been an amazing help during this Black Friday/Cyber Monday season. We have multiple gifts and offers running simultaneously and he has been instrumental in helping me troubleshoot offer issues and setup. The team is incredibly quick to respond in general and offers clear communication. The app itself is good. There are a few things I wish were different: 1) the creation of a duplicate gift sku that is created by the app once an offer is activated. This creates a bit of double work when setting up and testing the promo rules. Additionally it creates a weird blank spot at the bottom of the collection page for each gift you create. Not super ideal.

Was looking for an app that would allow us to do free gifts with purchase and have it automatically add to cart. On the plus side it also has the bundles feature. Mostly easy to use. Whenever we've had questions they are super quick to help and fix anything. The only thing we didn't love about this app was there was how the pop up functioned for us, didn't have quite the customization we would have liked, but overall very easy to work with app. Works on POS too which is a huge plus.

The BOGOS support team is super helpful and informative. They have been an excellent help in setting up campaigns. In particular, AMY helped us set up the campaign at BlackFriday season with great dedication and speed!
