Love the Fontify app! Allows me to use a custom font for my store at a reasonable price and with great customer support. I recently switched to a new theme and Eric provided prompt, effective support in helping me fix a couple areas on the site where the custom font was not displaying properly. He had everything set up perfectly in only a few minutes. Highly recommended!

Once I requested support from their Live Chat, within a few minutes, I was connected with their stellar representative, Anna. She was and is wonderful. She guided me on how to navigate their app and system. She should me how to write the code into their custom elements - and what buttons to tick and untick. The app makes it easy to add fonts to your website without knowing code. When I did hit a snag with uploading a new font, Susan from their team jumped on the chat immediately and uploaded the font for me. Other companies could learn a lot from their customer service.
