Mike really helped me out, he was explaining to me the free plan and its limitations, I did not understand it but he explained it 2- 3 times and let me explain what I understood to see if I was clear about the limitations and did not leave until I understood it.

The app is really easy to use and has solved our issues with giving bundle discounts etc, making our process so much smoother. Recommend this app! Had also little discount combination issue, and Ben was fixing it fast for us. Thank you!

The support team is very fast, we had a problem between the FastBundle app and a subscriptions app, the internal FastBundle team talked to the subscriptions team, something they didn't have to do and they solved it faster. Mahya and Hannah are the best very fast and friendly.

App is useful for what I need. Customer support is excellent. Jasmin is quick to answer all of my questions, she's knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with.

In theory the functionality is good, but the UI design is terrible. There are some really basic aspects of UI best practices that are missing - like minimizing clicks, making prices obvious so people don't have to do math, etc. We asked them to fix it and they said no, so we're changing to another app...
