Jazz and the support team was great. They took extra time looking into the issue I had and did some additional testing to make sure the issue was resolved.

I have been using this app for over a month now... it has worked really well for my store. But after I integrated a 3rd party checkout service, it didn't work as I intended it to, and to resolve this issue, I got connected with Jazz and Ian, who provided me support and did everything in their power to get it resolved and work for me. Although it didn't work out, I would like to appreciate and thank both Jazz and Ian for their quick response to all my issues. I hope FBP will soon bring an update that might resolve this one small issue that I face, but the rest is perfectly fine and works really well for my store.

First app to work bundling so far. Not sure why so many apps have so many problems trying to bundle products from different collections. The App is the worse bundle app out there i have used many different apps,i can not actual determine which is worse between the functionality or the customer service . The my experience with app literally leading me to coding my own custom bundle app thats how feed up i was with it and trying to get it off your store is hoops and hurdles . Before considering this app i strongly urge you view all the other competitors first and do your own research

The app is great to build, and easily incorporates into my pages. Even small details are customizable. The best part is that the bundles can show up as a product. Easy to use, customer service with Ian was great, he explained everything very clearly. Excited for my customers to use!
