The app is great to build, and easily incorporates into my pages. Even small details are customizable. The best part is that the bundles can show up as a product. Easy to use, customer service with Ian was great, he explained everything very clearly. Lily was great to help me customize the text in the bundles for a more seamless experience for the customers. Excited for my customers to use!

Within 5 minutes she had helped me to fix the minor change I need to move forward with adding bundles that presented on my website the way I wish. Don't let the 5-star review full you. The developers of this app are so confused about the functionality every time I ask a question they break something else. I DO NOT recommend this app. They cannot communicate clearly and it seems like there is no log of what has been done, so each rep overrides the other person's work.

Team is always very reactive in helping solving the issues. You do not need to talk with a chatbot long time, you have someone in the chat in a very short time. I had Jazz today on the other side, very reactive as always. My requests are all solved within 30 minutes, very efficient.
