Not only that, to my pleasant surprise Jay was willing to sit on the call with me as he made the updates and regularly checked in with me to ensure that he was on track with my requests. So far, so good! We haven't even launched the bundle yet, but the Fast Bundle Team has been sooo helpful in getting our product just right for us. We desperately needed a bundle that did NOT have a discount, but did let customers choose which sample syrup flavor they wanted in each of the 4 pack spaces. A bit of tweaking here and there, some totally unnecessary re-coding that we ended up not needing, and a whole lot of communications. Ben and Sophie helped on different days and both were great to work with. Let's just cross our fingers now that it sells as intended!

This app does what I expect it to do and more. The more is important, because the "more" is the follow-up customer Service and troubleshooting. No app is perfect, nor can it always work as expected on custom themes. The small road bumps i have experienced are always handled professionally and quickly by the Fast Bundle Team. Rarely have I waited more than a few minutes to be greeted and my problem addressed and resolved. I am grateful to the entire support team. Well done.
