Jasmine was an incredible help for me working on setting up discounts and offers. She was incredibly kind, supportive and understanding of me during my less tech savvy moments. The system itself is easy to use and quick to grasp, but the Customer Support is second-to-none in how conscientious and helpful they were.

I've only just installed the software so cannot comment on the functionality but the support from Hannah has been amazing! 5-stars!

This product does just what it should. I chose it because I wanted my bundle to display as its own product. When I updated my theme, I had an issue with how it was displaying, so I reached out to support. Maya had my problem fixed in under 5 minutes! So great. Really happy with its functionality and the support.

Doesn't work with COD, only adds one product whatever offer you choose and no trace of chat to contact customer support. There's a “talk to support now” button that I click and nothing happens, it just doesn't work.

A good app, but for 1 item, I would have liked to have the crossed-price displayed, even though I've set it up on the product sheet.

Vraiment une mauvaise expérience avec cette app, l'interface est compliquée et il ya des bugs de positionnement avec le bundle sur mon site. En plus, l'app prend pas en compte la personnalisation de mon produit sur mon site.

Tommy was Amazing! This was my first time working in this App. I had several special request to make the bundles work like I needed. Tommy was very patient and accommondating. He made several fixes and took care of all my requests. I've been up for hours trying to find the right bundle app that could do what I needed done. Tommy made all the adjustments and now its perfect form my needs. Give him a raise!
