The analytics in the platform are super strong - and getting better every month. I love that I can lifetime value by acquisition source. Migrated to Fairing from our previous post purchase survey partner about a year ago and has been such a great move. Beware of sudden price changes. They told us we must pay 347% more this year and 1,381% more in year 2. Although they charged us for another month of service 2 days ago, they have deactivated all access to the data today.
