Brilliant product! It's easy to set up, has all the features we needed, and a fraction of the price of other survey apps.

We were looking for a solution to implement a thank-you survey after checkout, and Grapevine turned out to be exactly what we needed. The tool is simple, straightforward, and provides a great customer experience. The Klaviyo integration was a key requirement for us and really made our lives easier. On top of that, the support is outstanding—Sam is incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help. The team’s openness to improving the product based on customer feedback makes Grapevine the best solution we could have chosen.

It's great and simple to set up. Only down side is there no option to add logic (i.e. skip question 2 if answer to 1 is no).

So far, this does everything I need and does so very well. Support is also excellent. Competitor's prices are shameful which is what got me looking for alternatives. That's not to say that this pricing is reasonable (it's a survey app that costs $300/year...) but it's certainly tolerable.

I truly love this app. If you really want to set-up a quick and intuitive post-purchase survey without overcomplicating the process, this is the app to install. Very helpful, proactive customer support. Awesome value for little charge.

Grapevine was incredibly easy to set up so we could start getting data about our customer journey immediately. It's also great value for us as a small team, and we're excited to look for more ways to use it and learn more about our customers!

Overall, I am pleased. However, I'd love to be able to roll up reporting to the parent level answer. The way that answers are broken out by sub-responses drives me bananas!

Great value for how much they charge! Sam from the Grapevine team was really helpful in how we can make more use of our surveys. Really appreciate when a team is responsive especially when seated in a different time zone. Really happy with the app so far!
