Incredible level of customer service to help me set up a slightly more tricky email survey. We managed to get it all set up exactly as I had hoped which was a perfect outcome!

Great tool. We are using it as part of a Klaviyo Flow as well as implemented in the Checkout section. The setup process was easy and we could portray our corporate design too. It's nice to have a quiz option part of the app too, which is something we want to tackle next.

Very easy to use, a survey is set up in no time. Also customer service is responding quickly and is very friendly and helpful no matter what you're bothering them with. If you are looking for an easy tool to do surveys in your shop this is the app to go with.
