The results are great, and clearly are engaging customers as intended. The config can be a little tricky at times, but the support team are responsive and know their product really well. We're very happy to continue using the app.

These guys are super cool. They just don't reply in minutes, but also solve your problem in minutes. I've used 100s of e-commerce tools but never experienced such support. I would rate them 10 out of 5.
