Firstly, I don't write reviews unless my expectations have been exceeded, and this app and customer service have BOTH exceeded my expectations! THE APP The app has clearly had a lot of tuning done to it to make it a smooth operator. In this case, 'set it and forget it' is a true slogan that actually works! Once you spend a little time going through the tabs and understanding what your preferences are, it is a simple app to understand and not a fragmented, frustrating learning curve many apps put you through. I would go as far as to say, it's a refreshing and enjoyable experience to have had. CUSTOMER SERVICE I had the help and assistance of the most patient and polite man called RONEX. He is more than worthy of a special mention as he tackled my onslaught of questions and talking. Calmly and patiently, Ronex walked me through every tab to see if I had all my settings correct according to what I wanted, but also according to the requirements of the app to work as smoothly as it does and sync correctly with my Etsy shop. All things are working like a dream, so thank you to you Ronex. My 5 star experience is not everybody's experience, and won't be everybody's experience, but we all have to deal with apps for just about every facet of building and running a business nowadays. I can honestly say, this app is well put together, the developers and customer service department know what you're trying to achieve and help you without the frustration and hard work. Kusum was very patient in helping me connect my shopify store with my etsy store. Response time was quick and she even provided a link to screen share, so she can guide me through the process. Overall great service!

Krishna was on hand within a few minutes & helped me understand clearly how things worked, he was very patient & gave me simple instruction on how to do things . the issue supposed to be solved. and just waiting for our refund. to be honest. they kept following 10 times just to finalize the issue. and that is a great sign for great customer service.

I was surprised while reviewing our billing records. We used your app for less than 5 days before uninstalling it, which should have ended any billing relationship between us. However, I noticed that we were still charged after the app was removed. This is unexpected and quite concerning. We believe this charge is not justified, and we will be filing a formal complaint with Shopify. Please review this matter and issue a refund promptly.

*** IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE LOCATION on your shopify-- but only ship online orders from a specific location, you do not want this APP. For example, we have a warehouse and a brick and mortar store. This app publishes the inventory to both on etsy, allowing etsy customers to buy stuff we have in store but not at the warehouse. Which caused a complete mess for us during the holidays. We kept the app for a few months b/c we thought they would get that fixed after we voiced our concerns, but it hasn't happened yet, so we are switching apps.

I am so excited about listing on Etsy. This is just what I need; all my friends tell me I need to be on Etsy but I spend lots of time curating my Shopify site. I can choose to SEO-optimize my Etsy titles without altering my Shopify titles, which is huge. The customer support is right there in the chat if you need them, super fast, responsive, and great communicators.

Excellent Customer Service! I was just asking questions BEFORE trying the app, and the rep.was very helpful, even offering to have a video chat. If this is an indication of how the app is, it will be very good. I'll add more details after I have tried it out! But so far very good!

I have not been using the app long, but I have been impressed with support. I have had a couple of problems as you might expect with any new app, but both issues were resolved. A couple of weeks on and using it often, highly recommended.

App works well and once you get the hang of it, it functions exactly as required. The support is fantastic and has helped me several times. Their help menus could be better written for some of the harder to use features to save their support team questions that should be answered within the app. I would recommend it.
