Sometimes the app can be a bit confusing when things don’t work as expected, but the support team was very responsive and helped me resolve the issue quickly—which is what matters most. Overall, I believe this is the best Etsy integration app available on Shopify, and I would definitely recommend it.

This is my Third Etsy Integration app. Now i am pretty sure that i will stay. the support is outstanding. they even set an individual tag length for my shop. There are some small points the need to implement, but they promised to me: They are on the road map.

He helped me through the errors encountered and walked me through step by step on how to upload collections, instead of indiviual products!

There are issues from time to time but they are always very attentive and patient and get to the nub of the problem and sort it. This is a great app and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a time saving reliable Etys Shopify sync app

This integration app also synchs shipping info so etsy orders can be shipped from shopify - very handy! When I was confused on how to use the app, Hem was very helpful in getting me on track and understanding how the app works.

For physical or print-on-demand listings, however, it performs reliably and streamlines workflow effectively. Overall, DPL’s Etsy integration offers a smooth connection, responsive support, and a solid solution for print-based sellers looking to simplify fulfillment.

Avoid this app, it completely ruined my store. republishing new listings instead of matching to existing ones, ruined all the pricing/variation pricing. going to take days to fix this.

Krishna was very helpful as I am a new user and had a million questions. He patiently answered them and gave useful ideas. I am switching from Marketplace Connect to DPL for my Etsy Connection to my Shopify store. It seems to be working really well, especially once I figured it out.

App just functions nicely and with little input from my end. I have been using this for a few years and any issues I have had were resolved in minutes by a tech via chat.
