Surya made uploading all the products on Etsy so easy. It was pretty seamless and we instantly had an etsy store.

This is exactly how all apps should be. They are very helpful and willing to chat and even do a live call to help with any problems or questions you may have. To tell you the truth, I really have had no issues moving our products over to our ETSY store. I am doing it by moving them over by collections and it really is very simple. It is such a time saver and I recommend using this app plus they offer everything that other ETSY integration apps do and have the best price.

Have been using this app for almost an entire year and it was worked flawlessly. Occasionally, the steps to do something won't be as clear as I'd like, but I've never not been able to do what I needed and it'd probably be clear if I'd just spend more time with it. App does not require any regular action from me. It just works happily in the background. Only when adding new products do I need to do something. The only time I needed customer support, they were amazingly helpful. I wasn't experiencing issues, just had a question. I reached out to them via their chat support. My question was answered quickly and accurately.

Pratak was really helpful and patient and knew what he was talking about and resolved all the issues and got my Shopify store connected to ETSY and EBAY in good time. Great customer service skills and nice nature.

Super Awesome Customer Support. I downloaded the app and within 1 minute, Surya from customer support, was pinging me. What would have taken hours to complete, took less than 30 minutes. Incredible.

It's a good app so far and works well, but the order information for customer doesn't sync so it's not really able to be scaled. This makes it unsustainable for big stores, unless they fix this soon I will have to find another solution for our store. Thank you!

We are newly using the app and have amazing results with it. For us it was a game changer and facilitated our work with etsy, which was done manually before. And when first having issues with synchronisation - didn't finde the button ^^ - the customer support helped us out in the blink of an eye. Totally recommendation!

Awful. Etsy customer care is disorganized and consistently references Shopify - for just the basic setup. Shopify's app chat only responds to "contact Etsy". Just a miserable experience. Avoid this app and save the headache.
