I just wanted my Etsy listings to match my Shopify listings and sync my Etsy orders with Shopify. Here's what happened: - Start the setup, realize before it's too late that it's about to upload duplicate products. Reach out to customer service for help. - They say I can just sync the products between platforms but first I have to spend several hours manually matching the SKUs and variant names for each individual product to ensure they were exact or the app wouldn't function. - I was told to report back after and customer service would sync the products on their end. The user is unable to do this on their own. - I did all this, reported back, they did the sync and...nothing happened. No one could tell me why the app wasn't working (but they did say that I could just delete every listing on Etsy and then use the upload function but then I would lose all my reviews) and they promised they would escalate my case. - I said fine and in the meantime I tried to get the orders synced but the Fetch Order function was broken and no one knew why that didn't work either. Save your time, money and energy and go with literally anything else y'all.

Before downloading an setting the app up I reached out to them to make sure that the app could do what I needed it to do, which was bring orders into Shopify from Etsy and assign shipping logic to them. The team said yes it can and explained how. I then spent the morning setting it all up, and spoke to them again and they said actually no it can't. Wasted a good few hours...

Avoid this app, it completely ruined my store. republishing new listings instead of matching to existing ones, ruined all the pricing/variation pricing. going to take days to fix this.

I wasted over 10 hours of my day trying to get the app to work correctly. Not all of my Etsy shop listings would sync to Shopify, and not all of my orders from Etsy would update the inventory in Shopify. The tech support "chat" is just as useless. ... they kept saying to "sync the listings" after I kept telling them that the listings wouldn't sync. Then they tried to say it was because my Etsy shop listings weren't formatted correctly... I repeatedly told them that Etsy only has 1 way to format the listings and that if the listings were missing information, the listing wouldn't post... I asked them if since all of the Etsy listings were formatted the same way, then why did some sync/import but others would not... and why would some orders from Etsy update the Shopify inventory but some would not. .... I cancelled my subscription after 10 hours of trying to deal with it. I've got better things to spend my time on.

Horrible experience… not easy to use. I work in tech so am very savvy and this was a waste of time, super confusing and sent me in circles. Luckily I did the free trial and cancelled before I was charged.

DESTROYED MY SHOP and IT WILL DESTROY YOURS! I have been operating Etsy print on demand for years without issues. The moment I synced my products to Shopify using this horrendous tool, my ENTIRE Etsy shop was corrupted. Product decriptions were messed up, photo variations broken, and fulfillment broken. I had made 200% sure to uncheck every overwrite option BEFORE I imported, and it still overwrote my Etsy listings. When I contacted their support, they denied any fault with their tool and told me "not our fault, just update your products one by one again, and it'll carry be fine..." Please for the love of god, save yourself the tens of hours you'll waste in frustration and avoid this trash.

I was surprised while reviewing our billing records. We used your app for less than 5 days before uninstalling it, which should have ended any billing relationship between us. However, I noticed that we were still charged after the app was removed. This is unexpected and quite concerning. We believe this charge is not justified, and we will be filing a formal complaint with Shopify. Please review this matter and issue a refund promptly.

Awful. Etsy customer care is disorganized and consistently references Shopify - for just the basic setup. Shopify's app chat only responds to "contact Etsy". Just a miserable experience. Avoid this app and save the headache.

I un-subscribed and they still charged me for the month. You clearly don't get a free trial. Waste of time and money Refund me..
