Great app for linking products - had a few issues through my own making and they have been able to help us correct them. They also take feedback on board and have added in suggestions to the app throughout our time using it. I had some issues with the sync of shopify/etsy products. The customer support was great and it took them a few minutes to investigate and find the problem. I didn't add all Shopify variations in Etsy (only 10 of 12 colors), this is required to sync both products. Good to know and just something to keep in mind in your workflow, but great to be supported this fast and professional.

The app is super easy to use. At first, I had a few questions as I am new to their integration app, but their support team was super helpful and I was able to figure everything in a few minutes. Shout out to Surya for the help!

Despite being complicated and very strict in every step, support chat helped me to learn easier than researching on my own. The supporter was very patient and understanding, but if you could share screen shots to make it easier for him to understand, that would be great!

Great app that allows you to seamlessly connect your stores and it handles high order volume well. Any small issues I have had were handled quickly. Highly recommended app if you need to link your Etsy.

I've been using this app for about 6 months now, and it's easy, intuitive, no-fuss, and when I cause issues by deleting a product where I shouldn't or mismatching skus, this app makes it easy for me to fix my mistake. My orders come over from Etsy to Shopify seamlessly so I can see everything I need to ship all in one spot. I've never even needed to contact support, but I like knowing that they are there. Great app, took me some time to understand how products are linked as they can be linked in 2 ways by SKU and by product. Support is very great, always helpfull and quick replies. If you need a solution to sync products from Etsy to Shopify and Shopify to Etsy I would recommend this.
