Kusum was incredibly helpful, detailed, and patient with me. This is the best customer support I've received with a Shopify app so far. I will definitely continue using the app because of it.

There are a few apps claiming to do the same thing as DPL. I have tried them. They all had one issue or another (problem syncing inventory, hard to reach customer support etc.). DPL did have issues for me in the first week of set up, but the key thing is their support system is much more robust than competitors. And now the system works flawlessly. Thank you DPL.

Now that I understand how the products get transferred from shopify to etsy I can make sure that they are uploaded correctly, however, it is not very intuitive at first.

I had a bit of trouble at the beginning but then I have assistance and they help me set up trouble shoot everything
