I would rate their service much higher than 5 stars. They are very helpful and the message popped up so quickly after I typed it in. The questions that I needed answered, they were answered spot on and even pointed out what I didn't do on my end. I now have a discount popup for my website. Absolutely great service. The app works great, very customisable, and it's free!!! The support team actually recomves the "powered by ecom" text if you ask them, there is no hidden requirement. Thanks to the team for the great app!
