Super easy to use! I wish they could figure out a way to offer unique codes for free shipping for only domestic orders. It's not clear if those who will receive the free shipping code will be based in the US or not, so if they get this code, it will be almost useless to the customer if they are based elsewhere. But the rest of the app is so easy and intuitive to set up!

Very kind and helpful... sort of strange that they have humans on shift for customer support but ok.

Great so far, lets you select the country you want the pop up to show in and apply to which most other apps charge you to do!

I like thats its completely free even though it has such a high functionality. Overall a good app to have for all different kinds of pop ups.

Was surprised that they dont even have the very basic email form option to add Optional Questions. Like I've always added to my email forms for the past 15 years, the extra question, "Your Interests". And no one at this company thought of that?? I guess being free, I shouldn't complain. But it makes the App usless for my needs, free or not.

For a free app that monetizes in other ways (app referrals, etc.) this is the perfect app for adding a newsletter / subscriber popup to your shopify store. We're a newer shop (open 3 months) and finding well-built and well-supported apps like this for cheap or free is a godsend, given how much missing basic functionality shopify has on its platform. EcomSend Popups has plenty of customizability to get you off the ground as a new shop and I don't expect I'll need to "upgrade" to a more robust popup subscriber tool or product for a long time to come. FWIW I've implemented a popup on my home page and collection pages, then a separate "reminder" popup on the cart page. I've averaged about 3% on the homepage/landing page popup and 30% on the cart page popup. Marry this with the free Shopify email automations and you can get some decent and reasonable starter email automation campaigns up and running in no time. The support is also super responsive and helpful. Thanks!

Loving this so far! Mig helped to take off the powered by Ecom at the bottom and now it looks very on brand and professional.
