Prerit was helpful reviewing current settings and determining how to improve the sync process with QuickBooks Online. The app is somewhat of a work-in-process for my situation, however I feel the Webgility team is constantly working to improve it. They take feedback and look for solutions. It's a pleasure to work with them.

I have used the desktop version in the past and it works great. I recently moved to the online version, and it still does the job well. It does a much better job than the free connector from QB. Webgility will record your product sales as the products that you actually sold and not a generic product called Shopify product like the free QB connector does.

Support is incredibly helpful! Always adding new features and quick to give personal support to resolve any quirks while we got up and running!

So far so good! I did most of my own onboarding, as I like to figure things out for myself, but there were a couple tweaks that Faizan helped me with that were great. Love all the online help and knowing I can start a chat if I have questions.

For nearly 2 years, I have been using Webgility to connect my Shopify and QBO. Today I had an issue with my inventory syncing. I tried all the fixes Webgility recommends on their support pages without any luck. Asked Webgility for a Zoom to figure out a solution -- they were successful. Pleased with the service and outcome.

Webgility has been great, the system is very intuitive, but they reach out to help you and give you an on-boarding. I have also used their chat, very helpful. The system is exactly what we need, it tracks inventory, customers, and is very easy to use.

The benefit of using Webgility is effciency. Bringing in thousands of low dollar retail transactions basically seamlessly into QuickBooks is essential to running the business. I would like the loading of data to be quicker as QuickBooks is not accessible while it is running. I am excited to learn that I can expand my current stores to other platforms. We have just started using Webgility with our QBO but there is one feature we are really pleased with. As most of our orders are custom and we do not post inventory to our QB, the ability to map manually is a game changer. Excited to see what other features help keep our bookkeeping simplified!

Webgility has handled our stores orders so well that you don't have pay any attention to it most of the time. If there is an issue or we need help changing settings customer service is always available and handles everything quickly.

I have been using Webgility now for several months and have been very impressed with the whole process. It is an incredibly robust software that was eliminated a great amount of administrative work with creating products in both QBO and Shopify and syncing prices across the two platforms. I have been working with Prerit for onboarding and subsequent follow up sessions and it has been such a pleasure. He is incredibly patient, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The team is very open and responsive to feedback for suggested improvements and I am hopeful that my suggestions will be put into place. Currently, items can only be created in Shopify and "pushed" into QBO. I would also like to be able create items in QBO and "push" them into Shopify. My business often creates items in both areas and it would be a time saver to know that regardless of where they are created, they will be able to sync up.
