Not a good experience. Signed up, for the top plan, explained everything to their sales team that we wanted a turn key solution. Didn't care how much the cost was. After signup, It started off good, but then payouts didn't match up to the bank feed. After spending 45 days on it wasting many hours, with online screen shares, they had to keep going back to their engineers because something was not correct. Finally, I found Acuity through A2x software, and they said the same thing. They are constantly moving customers from webgility because their software does not work. We also spend an additional $200 with webgility to take care of the entire setup. At the end, they stuck us for $680 and we were never able to import any transactions into quickbooks online. They said they don't refund. So make sure you have money to waste if you plan on signing up. They keep saying they want to try it again and they fixed the problem, etc. We have moved on to a2x and it is working great! Setup was 1 day.
