This app is amazing! It's greatly simplified order management for us in this first week of use; I wouldn't trade it for anything. It's helped us minimize errors and save time.Things like being able to activate more seats on busier days and being charged proportionally are fantastic. And the support is extraordinary.

Since we installed the app about two months ago we had nothing but great expirience both in app use and customer support. We use this app for assigning drivers with task be it a pick up or delivery and building routes. Avec plusieurs pages de commandes, il devient difficile de se rappeler quelle commande est déjà attitrée. Un simple petit indicateur visuel que la commande est attitrée à une route serait vraiment aidant.

Incluso el plan gratuito permite una funcionalidad bastante aceptable y que permite gestionar bien las entregas locales, obviamente limitado (50 entregas /mes). Yo agradecería algún plan muy económico, como de 3-5€/mes , que ofreciera la funcionalidad del plan gratuito, para más entregas y con alguna pequeña flexibilidad más, como modificar rutas, suprimir paradas o añadir paradas a medida.

Need to manage your own delivery routing? Stop looking. I've tried a bunch. Left EasyRoutes and came back. Are there pretty GUI solutions out there? Yup. But if your goal is to get package from point a to point b whilst keeping the customer notified, with an easy to use app for your drivers then stop looking. This is the one. Support is far and above what else is out there. Boris and the team are ridiculously quick on solutions. Having come from an app with overseas support, the level of frustration while waiting and in many times holding up getting your orders out to customers was a deal breaker for me. Why are you still reading this? Install the app already. Thank me later.

GREAT APP!! easy to use; tracking and customer notification features work very well. also a cheap option on the market that gives you all the essential features needed for a local delivery service in a small business.

Phenomenal routing app. We have been using this for 1.5 years now and have had no issues. We schedule 50-100 deliveries a day, 6 days a week, typically using 2-3 drivers and EasyRoutes has made it super easy and quick to set up routes. On quarterly sale days, we add additional drivers and have upwards of 200 deliveries per day for a week straight (1400 deliveries) and this has been a life saver. It also auto fulfills orders in shopify once the order is dropped which removes a step for our drivers. We have it set up to notify customers once a route is dispatched and when the driver is 3 stops away so customers 9especially those in apartments) can be more ready to receive the items - or let us in. Highly recommend, wouldn't even look at another app (as we have used some and they are way more cumbersome).

Robust and intuitive routing app. Would be even better if it can direct to apple maps in carplay (not just google maps).
