We just upgraded to EasyRoutes. It has substantially streamlined our operations (which previously relied on us manually completing tasks using various versions of spreadsheets being emailed back and forth between team members). Both the Shopify app and the driver app are very easy to navigate. Our delivery team have had 0 complaints about the functionality of the app. Routes are created automatically. Adding additional orders to routes, or adjusting routes is very easy. It also backfills fulfillment status into Shopify which is a nice bonus and has allowed us to remove an app that we were using for this sole purpose. Most importantly, the onboarding and support from EasyRoutes has been nothing short of amazing. Elina who is looking after us has gone out of her way to make herself available for calls in our time-zone and to show us how to best use the system to meet our specific needs. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

The driver onbording process we faced issues several time. When driver sign in, they can not get the code by SMS even they re-send notification, especially android moble in Singapore, please check.

Great app for local delivery. Takes a bit of a learning curve, but excellent once you do learn the system.

Would like live updated ETAs based on live driver location - that would be huge for us. So far the app works good, had chat with CEO which is great to work with an owner that has finger on the pulse! Looking forward to more improvements!

Es wäre schön wenn EasyRoutes auf Deutschwäre und wenn man alle Funktionen kostenlos testen könnte, so lange man nur einen Fahrer hätte, um sich wirklich von den Vorteilen 100% zu überzeugen. Ebenso wäre es schon wenn die Routenführung in der HandyApp direkt stattfinden würde und dafür nicht GoogleMaps extra geöffnet werden muss, da man leider schwehr dann wieder zur EasyRoutes App zurück kommt. Darum leider nur 4Sterne. Sonst gerne 5Sterne ;-)

I want there to be more functions within easy routes that make our drivers feel empowered to make decisions on their own, without Shopify-admin access.

We running a company and it cant be giving us errors the drivers cant log on to the app please sort this out

This app is amazing! It's greatly simplified order management for us in this first week of use; I wouldn't trade it for anything. It's helped us minimize errors and save time.Things like being able to activate more seats on busier days and being charged proportionally are fantastic. And the support is extraordinary.

I wish all apps and companies were as great as Easy Routes. This app has been a game changer for our business. We love that they are constantly working on improvements, have affordable rates, and their team is there if we need them. When I first reached out the head guy walked us through everything. Can't say enough great things about the app and company.
