We also use a different app for real-time shipping rates, and with Constantin’s guidance, we easily disabled that setting in this app to avoid any conflicts. The app has helped us achieve exactly what we were looking for with Click and Collect and Store Pickup. Constantin is always on hand to help support us with bug fixing or issues with our setup (my fault most of the time!) We will always continue to support Constantin and this app in the future!

We use this on a farm shop site to give customers a click and collect option with a date and time slot for collection from our shop. The ability to set the time required for us to get orders ready for collection and to be able to block out certain days when collections are not possible has been really useful. If we have encountered any problems with the app or difficulty in migrating it to updated Shopify or theme versions, Constantin's response times have been excellent and glitches have been resolved very quickly.
