Customer service! is the best they have, they go with you all the way until any issue is fixed they are very patient and wait for you, no time limit. they go above and beyond to help you. We use the Bird Pickup Delivery tool, every time we offer near delivery and pickup (2-3 times per year). It allows our customers to choose between these options, pick a date and time (determined by us), and set so many more variables and exceptions. It is definitely our choice and recommendation. The pricing is also fair and structured to meet your needs. And now the support. I would have never gotten the settings right, if not for the great support! Arranging a meeting was super easy. Support understood exactly my issues and while there are already good instructions wich I received, I was offered the remote help, since it can get somewhat technical.
