This App deserve 0 stars , scammers , no real customer support. BE AWERE, they will offer you free trial and to unsubscribe by uninstalling up , but they will keep charging you even if you don't use up and it was undistilled before trial ends. I don't think this app will add any value for you. By the time you realize it, you will have already spent a lot of money over 1-2 months. They just set up regular ad campaigns and retargeting, but it's a lie that it targets the right person at the right time. My manual campaigns had better CPA and ROAS than the ones created by this app. You guys should give us more option to use more types creatives and should be given us data on a daily basis too.

Just installed and wanted to try 10 days of free trail but in the shopify billing it's says only 1 day free trial so I'm just afraid to start with it

I haven't started to receive results yet since it is only 2 days using the app. However, I am encouraged to stay hopeful for great results just because customer service is prompt and helpful. If you lack experience about ads they help you. Thats a huge Plus. I would recommend giving this app a try.

The app creates a most simple and naive Facebook campaign which obviously doesn't perform well. It spent $247 without making any sales, while a campaign I created manually has about $20 CPS.

There is insnt enough stars for the help I got from Milleni/Easy Ads. At first I was wondering about how the hec I was gonna link my FB pixel with my Store thru Easy Ads. And behold to me the universe sent me the bestest, most patient assistance ever. She guided me for over 4 hrs even after I got notification from FB of temporary shutting my account. Which This was a crazy night and Millineni stock with me thru it all, even to the point of launching my ad campaign These people are amazine. Cant express my satisfaction ever. Hi, I used free trail easyad app on my shopify store and before completing my free trail i stop using easy ad and uninstalled app becz i dont know exactly how to use. but shopify deduct a easy ad monthly subscription amount, when i complaint shopify they told easyad is third party we cant help you talk to third party. then i talked easy ad , after listen my all words Ms. Ouissal arrange a google meet and discuss then and on same time she issued a credit note name of my store guide me share shopify also . thansk Ouissal on same time i got a amount credit not on my shopify billing. i too much happy with easy ad support team, they are fabulous work done. guys try easy ad they are superb. once again thanks Easyad Support team specially Ms. Ouissal. kajal Gupta

The app didn't work at all. Would not sync products and had 18 error messages which I was told to wait 24hrs for them to clear as this was common issue. The errors didn't clear after 72hrs so I promptly deleted the app. I was offered a further 10 days free trial which I refused BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME! even after I deleted the app well in advance of the free trial ending. I expect a full refund please.. I'll wait, and update this review if they charge me yet again.

it says it's running and it has been giving the same numbers for 5 days, no sales or even visits came through it so clearly it's not working, support is useless they are always offline. just don't use it guys, they are just marketing for their website but for me it was a waste of time.

Installed app, granted them access to my facebook ads account and was immediately hacked and charged over $700 for fake ads that had nothing to do with my account.

I contacted customer support because I needed help with my add managment. They really helped me restructure my account and they made it look so easy. I would reccomend them to everyone. They really know what they're doing. Ouissal really helped me with setting it all up and she spoke clearly and professionally with someone who has no idea with what they were doing. She was a fantastic support and I will be contacting her again in the near future for more help :)

Using Easy ads now for just two days... Results are still a bit lacking, but definitely seeing results in reducing cost per click price. Was also advised by Ouissal (customer support) to wait for 5-7 days, until the AI targetes the right audience for my products. So far satisfied the most with the customer support, hope to increase my rating to 5 stars in the upcoming days.
