I installed the app but it would not work ,i uninstalled and tried re installing bit would not configure so gave up and un installed have been billed which needs to be credited .

I've had to contact their support a few times to get everything setup the way I wanted and get the license applied. Overall, support has been very helpful, even with the time difference. I'm able to leave a message after hours when needed. I appreciate the ease of use and I've already experienced positive results (sales!). I can't wait to see how this will help over time. I highly recommend getting the plan for up to 10 funnels.

Ouissal has been extremely helpful; she took the time to have a call with me, which was appreciated. We are optimistic about the performance of the ads and hope to achieve success with easy ads.

Customer service is good but the app itself is really not good. Even after spending $110 on FB & Ig and $29.95 to Easy Ads, I got only 2 sales worth $97. The app is always in learning phase , even 2 weeks after using it

I have been using Easy Ads for a while, my experience was very smooth and support team is really very supportive and responsive and are like you are hiring a campaign manager for free!

I installed the app, the support is so slow that even after 24 hours there was an error where I was not able to publish my campaign but I got no help or replies from them. now I am getting charged even when I didn't use the app as it didn't work. awaiting my refund. I request the developer to please improve service and refund any amount of clients such as us.

Struggle, Lost money,Crying. Worst Decision was joining easy Adds. Neither I get good Sales.
