I just installed the product about an hour ago and quickly launched a comprehensive Facebook campaign within minutes. After launching the first campaign the support team took time to review the campaign settings for optimum performance - was much appreciated.

I installed the app but it would not work ,i uninstalled and tried re installing bit would not configure so gave up and un installed have been billed which needs to be credited .

I've had to contact their support a few times to get everything setup the way I wanted and get the license applied. Overall, support has been very helpful, even with the time difference. Ouissal has been extremely helpful; she took the time to have a call with me, which was appreciated. We are optimistic about the performance of the ads and hope to achieve success with easy ads.

Customer service is good but the app itself is really not good. Even after spending $110 on FB & Ig and $29.95 to Easy Ads, I got only 2 sales worth $97. The app is always in learning phase , even 2 weeks after using it
