I'm fully satisfied with the support provided. The team was responsive and helpful throughout. However, I haven’t received any sales even after running ads for 7 days.

I had high expectations from EasyAds, especially given the premium pricing, but unfortunately, the results were not satisfactory. Despite spending a significant amount of money, the app failed to deliver meaningful traffic or sales. The dashboard showed campaigns running, but there was little to no conversion or visible performance improvement. I also found the support and reporting features lacking in transparency. Overall, not a worthwhile investment for my store. I hope future updates focus on better ROI tracking and campaign optimization.

Got helped by Ouissal to setup the ads campain. was really easy to do. i set it up for most part myself without knowledge. just by watching the easy instruction video's afterwards Ouissal helped me to check if it was setup correctly. there where a few things i had to change in my meta bussines manager. was easy to do and everything works. now lets see what the results are in a few weeks.

I decided to try Easy Ads on my store during the trial period and made sure to cancel my subscription before the trial ended. However, to my surprise, I received a bill today that included a charge of $29. Upon checking the app records, I noticed that my subscription was still marked as active for another 15 days, yet the app was prompting me to start a free trial again, which was quite confusing. I reached out to customer service to address the issue, and I must say, their support was excellent. They quickly investigated the matter, and I was relieved to see that the deducted amount was refunded back to my Shopify account. With such a smooth resolution and great customer service, I now feel confident in giving Easy Ads another try and restarting my journey with the platform.

As I just launched the Ad in easy App, so waiting for the result and I will update my review after the result but in another side I will give the 5 star to the customer team. They are really helpful to set up your campaign easily.

i have not used the app i have only open for trial but i am charged with the one month amount for 3 days only and then after opening the app they are requesting me another 29$ for using the app
