I've used this app on two different stores. My first store did 12k in sales, and this new store I'm working on has just started. I struggled on the previous store and wasn't sure what i was doing but never thought to contact support. Spoke to Milenni from support this time around and she was super supportive. I installed the app but it would not work ,i uninstalled and tried re installing bit would not configure so gave up and un installed have been billed which needs to be credited .

I've had to contact their support a few times to get everything setup the way I wanted and get the license applied. Overall, support has been very helpful, even with the time difference.
