Pour être honnête, je n’ai jamais vu un service client d’une application Shopify se donner autant de mal pour la réussite d'un utilisateur. Ouissal a été extraordinaire : elle s'est connectée directement à mon ordinateur pour prendre le temps de tout vérifier avec moi. Elle m’a accompagné pas à pas, à chaque étape, sans jamais compter ses heures. C’est bien plus qu’un simple support technique, c’est un véritable coaching personnalisé. Ce qui m’a le plus marqué : Une compréhension immédiate : Elle a tout de suite cerné ma niche (Travel Tech) et mes besoins. Elle ne donne pas de conseils génériques ; ses recommandations étaient précises et parfaitement adaptées à mes produits. I had a very poor experience with EasyAds. The app had persistent errors and was not usable at all. Despite this, I was still charged, and even after uninstalling the app, billing issues remained. I tried contacting the developer via live chat, but received no response. Very disappointing support and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this app.

Managing a Shopify store can be quite challenging, but the Easy app has made everything so much simpler for me. The interface is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. This platform is extremely easy to use and well-designed for smooth daily operations. The features are powerful, reliable, and genuinely help improve workflow and results. Customer support is outstanding—fast, knowledgeable, and always focused on solving issues quickly.

The product and service are terrible. Since registering and during the 10-day trial period, I haven't been able to launch any advertising campaigns. They blame the meta tags, saying they're buggy, even though I can still run ads normally in the Ads Manager. They say they'll fix the bug in a few days or weeks. If that's the case, your business growth will be hampered. I strongly advise against using this app.

I had an amazing experience with the Easy Ads support team. They responded very quickly and helped me resolve my billing and refund issue without any hassle. The team was polite, patient, and genuinely cared about fixing my problem. Even though my free trial had ended, they still made an exception and provided a full refund, which I really appreciate. This kind of support is rare. Highly recommended! Excellent service, smooth communication, and very reliable support.

Update - I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and yes!! I have made 3 sales and yes I know you all are thinking only 3 I am just starting my own online store and I have tried everything and so far this app has been amazing all I do is let it do its think and pay the ad spend as soon as I can I will be upgrading so I run more then one ad at a time because so far I love it and my ad spend is so much cheaper to then if I do it on my own This is Day 3 and it’s been good I have not made any sales yet but the set up was easy for sure and the price is great too I’m going to keep trying for 6 months because it takes 6 months for marketing to work- I will keep updating my review -- Update since I made the first post today I made my first sale and I have only been using this for 3 days I have used it for a month and mad 3 sales so far
