I am rarely disappointed with an app. But when my average CAC is $5-13 at most and this app after $300 can only get 3 sales? Pathetic. The set-up was a red flag, it's dated and ignores Metas newest tech. With that said, it ate up my budget without issue. I feel entitled to a refund on my budget, and this app should exit the app store.

Update - I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and yes!! I have made 3 sales and yes I know you all are thinking only 3 I am just starting my own online store and I have tried everything and so far this app has been amazing all I do is let it do its think and pay the ad spend as soon as I can I will be upgrading so I run more then one ad at a time because so far I love it and my ad spend is so much cheaper to then if I do it on my own This is Day 3 and it’s been good I have not made any sales yet but the set up was easy for sure and the price is great too I’m going to keep trying for 6 months because it takes 6 months for marketing to work- I will keep updating my review -- Update since I made the first post today I made my first sale and I have only been using this for 3 days

My ad campaign only started today and I've already had my first sale - I hope it will be the first of many. Ouissal gave me invaluable support when I was setting the Easy Ads app up and has been very attentive generally, offering great advice on how best to get the most from the campaign.

Update 10/8/25 Updating my review after outstounding follow up and customer service from Ouissal. They have got me all set up with my 1st ad running. Process much smoother than the first. …………………………. Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. 48 hours wasted whiles ads were in “Review” I finally reach out via chat. After told different issues. Like my ads and copy were not good enough!? excuse me? Thought that is what the service is for. Then said the issue was the audience I chose….. then finally they say it’s a meta issue!? So another hour wasted on chat!! Don’t waste your time like I did. Go try Outfy. They are free ads and already getting traffic. Was very excited to see what this service could add to that but too bad.

Terrible experience, mostly because of their AI support. It taken me a week to finally talk to a real person after maybe 10 or more emails / chats. (its just an endless AI loop) Even when i finally got to talk to a person they would still send me ridiculous answers, complete waste of time. The app itself is easy to use but also pretty useless. Only thing it does is create a catalog feed so you can run a catalog ad, but the free meta app does a better job since it will have better automation options and your not stuck to an outdated way of targeting like with this app. (Meta algo works much better then this old way of targeting) First time I ever leave a 1 star review but this company absolutely deserves it. If your looking for a cheap way to run catalog ads, use meta's free app. If your looking for a way to run high quality catalog ads, use Socioh. they are a 100x better.

I installed AI - Easy Ads for Facebook Ads app just to try during the trial period. I uninstalled it within 3-4 days, but still got charged ₹1,762.91. This is very disappointing and feels unfair because the trial should not result in such charges if the app is removed early. Be careful before installing this app.
