I’m giving this app a 5-star rating for its outstanding service. The setup was quick and easy I had everything up and running in just about two hours, thanks to the app's intuitive design. The user experience is seamless, and I was able to customize fonts, colors, buttons, and more to perfectly match my website’s style. There was a small hiccup, but Daisy and Clove from the support team were fantastic jumping in immediately to resolve the issue. The glitch was simply due to reordering the variants, and once I followed the app’s suggestion, everything worked smoothly. The app itself is not only functional but also has a cute aesthetic! The only downside is that inventory doesn't sync in real-time while shopping, but there’s a workaround involving an additional app. Overall, it’s been a great experience!

Good app, This app does exactly what I need with the right customization options. Also quick help from the team. Clove and Lich helped me very good and fast with making some things work on the website. Definitely recommend this app! 5 stars, would give more if I could.

I am relatively new to Shopify and needed help setting up an inventory option for an add-on. When I couldn't get that figured out, Lich and Clove from Customer Service walked me through the rest of the steps with videos and quick chat responses. Worth it if you need more variants and options than what Shopify normally allows!

We've migrated our product options from a different, popular app and so far have enjoyed the experience. The app has a very clean and easy-to-use interface. I was able migrate all of our product options over without having to read any guides or documentation. Whenever a question or issue has come up, their live chat support has quickly addressed the issue. Liv has helped me on multiple occasions and their development team has looked into a few issues as well.

It has some very amazing features. It's just the system issue, i would say it's a little bit retarded. Anyway, overall it's pretty helpful. Good customer service, way better than complicated and cold instructions files. Jen & Clove helped me a lot!

Tried this app hoping it would simplify product options, but it fails to update add-ons or custom options when variants change — a basic requirement. Spent a lot of time troubleshooting with no resolution. Support was slow and not helpful. Other glowing reviews seem suspicious, considering how unreliable the app is. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had a lot of details and options to add to my customizations and although I didn't find that super easy to navigate on my own, the customer service has been impeccable! I have worked with several reps who have been very helpful, and today Clove knocked it out of the park with her quick & precise solutions, completely understanding my needs and executing them with perfection. I am very grateful for the assistance and hope this addition to our store adds value for our customer and our business. Thank you, Easify!

Great experience so far! They have a large array of templates to choose from and the integration into my stores layout has been very smooth. Had a few questions and they were prompt to answer it via their chat function. I ended up having a slightly more complicated issue and the dev team was quick to respond within the 24-48 hour time frame, which ended up being about 1.5 days which is for IT problems, quite stellar. Switched to this app from InfiniteOptions and I'm much happier with this one and they're more affordable with a better UI.
