I installed the app on my client's website and discovered a bug during testing. After submitting a support ticket, @Anne from the support team was incredibly patient and helpful, resolving the issue quickly.

So far very nice app, does exactly what I was looking for, even the free version. Good service team! At first the options didn't appear into the cart and order summary, but after contacting the team they fixed this for me with an extra code! If you have the Dawn theme and it doesn't work, just reach out to the support by chat and they will help you out (like Lin did for me!)

Great app, which exactly does what it advertises. There have been some bugs and glitches which unfortunately takes away one star, but the support have been very helpful and they have taken action and responded quickly. Big thanks to Violette, Anne and Lich for their help!

Not only is the product great - the help was phenomenal! They were quick to reply and provided easy to follow demos via Loom - such great service to help with quick and effective set up for templates. Easify is fantastic. So many choices to setup your products the way you want!! And, if you can't figure it out, the support team is there to help! The price is reasonable and the app works as expected. There is a bit of a learning curve, but the support docs walk you thru the setup and use. Highly recommend this app.

Lich was very helpful setting up a complex order page. The software can do many things but it does require some time to understand how to implement some more complex situations.

After a week of trying out the bigger name Variant Option apps, I ran across Easify. I am extremely happy that I did! I reached out for help with several questions and Lin was extremely pleasant and provided me with screen recordings and reading material addressing my concerns for set up. Communication is top notch. One of the biggest things that I was struggling with, was finding one of the apps that would work well with Cart Drawer. This one does and it looks so nice. There are a few other things that I also like. The price is very reasonable.
