Amazing customer service! We just switched to BIG Downloads after being with SendOwl for over 5 years, and I can only recommend their tool and their team!

Just getting started with Big Digital and so far it's great. Very easy setup. We use "Nofraud" to screen our orders due to a super high rate of fraud. We had an issue with the integration between NoFraud and Big Digital and the developer responded very quickly, made a change to their app and it's all good. As a business we need developers that respond fast to tech support - we can't afford to wait days for responses and these guys top notch. Highly recommended!

Judy was very prompt and responsive. After running a test, she gave me the information I needed to use my new app. I am switching from Send Owl because of cost, ease of use, and some other features. I particularly like the fact that I need to upload each product only once even if it appears in several different collections on my website.

I have had issues with this app since day one. I gave it a good shot, but it;s been not working now for two weeks, and can not get any support.

Just started using the app. So far it is working just as I need it to. Customer support is amazing! I had issues with the link on my customers account page and they stuck with me until it was resolved.

This app is great. We were able to set it up very quickly — literally in 2 minutes. We also had one question, and the support team responded immediately, clearly and precisely, without wasting our time. We’re very satisfied and will definitely continue using it in the future.

So far so good, that app looks really promising. I wish it had a few more customizations for email and branding, but its good enough to get started. Amazing idea and great integration with Shopify's new features. If this changes I'll update my review.

Easy to use and customer service and the help center is A1. I've tried like 5 apps before this one and what took me a couple of months to do only took like 20 minutes on this app. The guy that helped me was Mateo. I recommend him 10/10!!

I haven't fully used the app yet but I had some questions. Live chat was great with answering all of my questions and was very patient with my lack of knowledge about some of the stuff. So far, the features look like they will work for our company.

Set the app up yesterday evening with around twenty STL products. I found the process to be intuitive and straightforward—everything flowed well and made sense. It’s still early days, but we've already received a couple of orders. We did run into a small issue with one of them, but the support team responded immediately and were absolutely first class. Very happy so far and excited to see how things progress!

The product was easy to navigate through, when i had a question and reached to customer service the young lady was very helpful.

I'm overall very happy with this app. It was easy to set up, works perfectly, and fully meets my needs. I especially appreciate the ability to add a watermark to the PDFs sent to customers. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is adding multilingual support for the download interface, as it’s currently only available in English. Other than that, I highly recommend this app to any store selling digital files.

I purchased the 12.49 and before I could start selling an additional 39.99 was taken out of my account, bad for business and I just canceled the subscription.

Amazing! Great features for delivering digital downloads and the support is 10/10 I was looking for a SendOwl replacement, because their recent price increase is just ridiculous. The features of the BIG Digital Download app are exactly what I need. I am currently bulk-importing ~100 products and just had a chat with Theo of their support team.
