They also have a very functional support team monitoring and ensuring you have a seamless experience in your daily usage of the app.

The help desk and team are very accommodating, although there is occasionally a delay in response times. It appears that there is a preference for resolving issues promptly once a ticket is assigned; however, I have higher expectations regarding the integration of artificial intelligence, as they are positioned to enhance automation processes.
