Delight Chat is useful sofware for handling CRM. It helps in Instagram, facebook, whatsapp Automations as well. We use it for retention marketing by sending WhatsApp broadcasts regularly.

The app is a bit technical but the customer support from the team is good & hands on however, I would definitely recommend some changes/upgradation - The automation WhatsApp chat should show in the dashboard so the ‎WhatsApp data/contact details of customers would be collected much more conveniently - It should be easier for a customer to give submit review (love this feature on Zoko. You guys should definitely check it out) -

Downloaded and started using and I can certainly say it is a tool that any business owner who wants to win their WhatsApp and customer support game must have. They also have a very functional support team monitoring and ensuring you have a seamless experience in your daily usage of the app.

The help desk and team are very accommodating, although there is occasionally a delay in response times. It appears that there is a preference for resolving issues promptly once a ticket is assigned; however, I have higher expectations regarding the integration of artificial intelligence, as they are positioned to enhance automation processes.
