This is a great app and it has tied everything together very nicely for us. There is just one major issue for us, which according the to team is only happening to us, and that is that the notifications do not always work as intended. Most of the time they work and new notifications are highlighted. Yet sometimes they aren't highlighted, and we miss them, which often lands us in a lot of trouble, as we miss team members or client notifications. If this would be resolved, it would definitely be a 5-star app for us.
