We want to share our experience with Delhivery’s pickup service, which has been quite frustrating. Although we were available throughout the scheduled day, no one from the Delhivery team contacted us or came to collect the item. We even have CCTV footage confirming that no pickup attempt was made. Delhivery’s FE reportedly attempted the pickup yesterday and marked the seller as unavailable, with geofence-verified remarks, leading to the cancellation of the pickup. However, this was not true since we were present all day and received no calls or visits. Marking the pickup as "Seller not available" without any actual contact or presence is unacceptable. We believe this situation needs to be reviewed seriously to avoid such inaccurate cancellations in the future. We hope Delhivery improves its communication and verification processes based on our experience.

Full worst experience I had with this ...no quick response..4 times I scheduled for pickup finally they dint pick and no one called regarding the issue...in support team no one available on call...return orders also they don't deliver better not to choose ... very worst...it's not eligible for single star also...

Continously receiving message pickup is cancelled as shipment was not ready. Not able to understand why you guys are rescheduling the pickup again and again as pickup was ready from 14th July (date on which i placed pickup). Need proper solution for this as i have heard lot about Delhivery so expecting quicker and faster solution.

They have the pathetic most support, none of their support numbers work. No control over ground team. Ground pickup and delivery teams are filled with most ever non sense people, they do not even attempt the pickups and deliverys, and keep updating with fake status, marking either seller/shipment not available, or buyer wanted reschedule. Highly dissatisfied. Not at all recommended.

This portal’s service is so terrible that Shopify doesn’t even integrate properly, and their support system is even worse. They never reply on time and don’t provide any solutions either — they just waste time. On top of that, they don’t even refund the wallet money. Their support system is the worst. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would definitely give that.

0 Rating Third Class Service its more than 1 month complete but one of my RTO parcel is not delivered and one guy name with [email protected] is completely useless fellow who always asking for respect without doing any works and thretened to block account ek number ka kamchor and duducted money without any reason and wallet show nothing about that diduction and also invoice send at hald month show partially paid but my account is prepaid how could be possible seriously this is totally fraud company

I have had the worst experience ever with Delhivery. They have charged me for pickups but never actually do the pickups at all. They keep canceling them. Rescheduling them from our end only adds to further delays. No support provided. there is no email id or customer care number to reach out to. Now i want to close my account but they are not giving me wallet refund back to my bank account and have been delaying since 1 month now. I have tried raising support tickets but no use. My money is gone. They are cheating us of our money. I never recommend Delhivery to anyone. They are a fraud. Do not even deserve 1 star

Absolutely terrible experience with Delhivery. This is my second consecutive shipment with serious issues, and it’s beyond frustrating. In one case, they marked the shipment as "Delivered" and even sent a WhatsApp message to the customer confirming delivery—when in reality, the customer hadn’t received anything. The customer had to raise a complaint with us, and only then was the package delivered the next day. How can a logistics company be this careless? In another instance, I waited the entire day for a pickup, only to receive a message at the end of the day claiming I was "not available"—which is completely false. No one even showed up. Delhivery clearly lacks reliability, proper communication, and accountability. For a logistics company, that should be the bare minimum. If you value your time, business, or peace of mind, I’d strongly suggest avoiding Delhivery.

Why there is no option of 0 star rating? The worst customer support!! I ignored the reviews published here and installed and used it. However they proved the reviews perfectly true. The worst logistic partner till now. Too many lags and glitches in the website interface. Customer support replies on 6th day. Isn't that cool? They simply remarks the order as to be collected by the customer himself from the office. Pathetic!! They does not deserves a try!!

Terrible experience with Delivery! Their support team is completely useless—unresponsive, unhelpful, and takes forever to resolve even the smallest issues. Frequent cases of fraud have been reported, and packages often go missing or are marked as delivered when they’re not. It’s impossible to trust this service for reliable shipping. Stay away if you value your time and money!

By FAR - THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. It's impossible to get to talk to a human, support tickets are easy to raise, but you'll be lucky to get someone to resolve them. I have a ticket open for a high value package they've lost from their warehouse for the last 5 days; they've taken 0 responsibility, they aren't giving me a number or a human I can talk to. A month ago, they lost 3 out of 14 boxes they were supposed to deliver from Delhi to Pune; they claimed that "We have opened the 14 boxes and adjusted them in the remaining 11" 1. That's not possible 2. Even if that was possible; what gives them the right to do that? 3. These items were worth over a 1,00,000/-. Till date, I haven't received a call/message from anyone and they close any ticket I open about it. They take no responsibility for lost packages, their delivery executives deliver/pickup as per their will and not as per promised timelines, which leads to a harrowing experience for the customers. I would rather spend 10-15% more than deal with Delhivery. It is genuinely terrible. PLEASE - If you have a new business; AVOID DELHIVERY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will give you a whole other layer of headache on top of everything else you're already dealing with.

We are using Delhivery for our D2C shipments however with no customer care and just a bot replying to online queries it becomes extremely difficult to service our clients. Our number is registered and if we call from the registered number to to the Helpline it automatically disconnects making sure we never get in touch with a customer executive. (is there even one) ? some deliveries are delayed for days and there is no way to get in touch with the company or the person delivering. Its a black hole once your parcel has left. Most definitely shifting out to a more reliable platform that has better servicing.

Worst service I have even seen in my life. Delivery partner didn't even come to my place and marked as shipment wasn't ready, then on the next day he marked as client wasn't available. I'm calling him and he didn't even picking up my call. Then I escalated the matter to the customer care team, they rescheduled it and its been more than 4 days while rescheduling for pickup. Then I cancelled my order from there platform now they are not returning my money. Delhivery CHOR hai. He eaten my money.

I just dowloaded this app Today evening, book an onboarding call. no one from this app attended the call. I was waiting on zoom for 15 mins. This is first time i have seen in my life that company business don't attend the call. Also, i was mailing them regarding this and no answer. This is just my first day with this business. Can't hope more !

Such poor service being provided! I registered my company a month ago and submitted the GST, yet every time I log into the panel, it asks me to activate my account. When I try, it shows 'GST already registered.' This has been happening for the past 15 days, and I still haven’t found a solution. I tried raising a support ticket, but it says 'Client Mapping not found!' I even attended a Zoom call and asked for an email ID or contact number, but the representative refused to provide one, citing company policy. He assured me someone from Delhivery would get in touch, but I haven’t received any call or email. Such poor service, and i still don’t understand why you're asking for ratings when it’s clear that you don’t even read the comments or feedback people provide. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’m sure my concerns are not being taken seriously

They send automated emails promptly to ask a five star rating on Shopify store but they never bother to contact the customer why he is still unable to start shipping. They want their shop to look exclusive at front but are not willing to serve the customers.

I would not even like to give one star because the this is the worst logistics application i have ever seen, i'm not being on onboarded from the last one week. Due to their technical errors im not able to submit my GST documents even after uploading the documents Its taking me nowhere and this issue is recurring from the last 7 days no proper customer support at all, raised more than 50 tickets but due to their poor technical infrastructure its not reflecting the support dashboard. I'm feeling like to smash my head against the wall for your great experience. If you dont value your customers time I swear you are going nowhere and will end up lossing a lot of potential business.
