There is absolutely no way to talk to a real agent at Delhivery. For the past one week, there have been no pickups at all, yet every day we receive a false update saying “shipper not available” when we are very much at our location with shipments ready. Their customer support only gives copy-paste responses without solving the actual problem. The web app is in a terrible state pickup requests don’t even show properly in the dashboard. No proper escalation, no accountability, and no way to directly connect with an agent or manager. For a company of this scale, this level of service is unacceptable.

"The application is excellent overall, but certain areas could be improved. Currently, when I enter information, the data resets repeatedly, which is frustrating. Additionally, the embargo pincode validation should appear at the beginning of the process rather than after I have completed filling out the details. For example, spending 20 minutes entering information only to be notified about an embargo issue at the end is time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple embargo pin codes. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the user experience."

The worst app ever. They don't even have a proper customer support. if you want to raise a ticket, it'll not raise that way they dont have anything to resolve. I dont want to give even one star rating. This is the worst ever

This is for Leadership Team. We run thebakingtools.com and the past 72 hours in Amravati have damaged our brand—we’re now fielding constant customer calls about delayed parcels because pickups didn’t happen, staff said “no vehicle—self-drop”, and parcels can sit 2–3 days. Between 26–29 Aug 2025 we even cancelled ~200 orders to avoid further disappointment. There’s no fixed pickup window (11:00 AM–8:30 PM), a Hub vs Center blame loop, and no after-hours accountability. All POC are enjoyng holidays with not a single call or email to local office. This is for specially my POC Akash Nishad, Nikita Priyambada & Gauri Ganesh.

3rd service provide delhivery our parcel is still not receive to our customer and we create ticket but still not resolve my issue and our delhivery manager saying we cant help you so why delhivery assign dedicate manager when she dont help me i Recommend dont use delhivery courier service.

Great courier service! Delhivery has helped us ship orders quickly and reliably. Good tracking system and COD support. Works well for e-commerce businesses.

We want to share our experience with Delhivery’s pickup service, which has been quite frustrating. Although we were available throughout the scheduled day, no one from the Delhivery team contacted us or came to collect the item. We even have CCTV footage confirming that no pickup attempt was made. Delhivery’s FE reportedly attempted the pickup yesterday and marked the seller as unavailable, with geofence-verified remarks, leading to the cancellation of the pickup. However, this was not true since we were present all day and received no calls or visits. Marking the pickup as "Seller not available" without any actual contact or presence is unacceptable. We believe this situation needs to be reviewed seriously to avoid such inaccurate cancellations in the future. We hope Delhivery improves its communication and verification processes based on our experience.

Full worst experience I had with this ...no quick response..4 times I scheduled for pickup finally they dint pick and no one called regarding the issue...in support team no one available on call...return orders also they don't deliver better not to choose ... very worst...it's not eligible for single star also...

Continously receiving message pickup is cancelled as shipment was not ready. Not able to understand why you guys are rescheduling the pickup again and again as pickup was ready from 14th July (date on which i placed pickup). Need proper solution for this as i have heard lot about Delhivery so expecting quicker and faster solution.

They have the pathetic most support, none of their support numbers work. No control over ground team. Ground pickup and delivery teams are filled with most ever non sense people, they do not even attempt the pickups and deliverys, and keep updating with fake status, marking either seller/shipment not available, or buyer wanted reschedule. Highly dissatisfied. Not at all recommended.
