We had some difficulties with ShipperHQ and Intuitive solved them. In addition, they have incredibly speedy customer support which is a game changer when working with an element of the customer shopping experience where every second matters. Super friendly staff and they helped me through the technical onboarding and configuration on multiple occasions. We migrated from BigCommerce/ShipperHQ and had a rather complicated scenario to setup. They were available via Zoom to walk me through some of the obstacles, which is so much better than the competitor which refuses to get on a call and forces you to get support/implementation help through tedious email. We saved money and I feel the end result improved our checkout!
