We use Intuitive Shipping across multiple Shopify sites, both D2C and B2B. Our use cases include oversized products and large wholesale orders, mainly shipping within the US and Canada. Before using this app, our biggest pain point was Shopify’s native shipping logic being too flat. You’re basically limited to weight or cart total, which just doesn’t work when shipping costs depend heavily on what products are actually in the cart. For us, shipping methods need to change based on product type, tags, SKUs, region, order value, and weight, sometimes all at once. Intuitive Shipping gives us the level of control we were missing. The shipping rules are extremely granular and can dynamically calculate shipping methods based on cart contents, products, and destination. This alone has helped us significantly reduce manual review and internal shipping overrides. Support is also excellent. It doesn’t feel like you’re talking to entry-level support, everyone we’ve interacted with feels very senior and understands complex logic quickly. They always reply within 24 hours, and honestly, their math and logic skills are probably better than mine. Highly recommended for stores selling oversized products or running wholesale/B2B operations.

Super friendly staff and they helped me through the technical onboarding and configuration on multiple occasions. We migrated from BigCommerce/ShipperHQ and had a rather complicated scenario to setup. They were available via Zoom to walk me through some of the obstacles, which is so much better than the competitor which refuses to get on a call and forces you to get support/implementation help through tedious email. We saved money and I feel the end result improved our checkout!
